Due to COVID-19, we are primarily offering support via phone and online options. In-office visits and home visits are being conducted on a limited basis (by appointment only).

For clients ALREADY CONNECTED with the Alzheimer Society: please reconnect with your counsellor by telephone by contacting your local office.

For individuals SEEKING INFORMATION AND COUNSELLING SUPPORT FOLLOWING DIAGNOSIS: please refer directly using our on-line referral at https://www.alzhn.ca/our-services/first-link-referral-form/ or contact your local office.
