SIT TO BE FIT

The team at the Haldimand Abilities Centre are using Facebook Live to offer Sit To Be Fit classes, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10AM.   Classes are open to the public. The video from each class is saved on the Haldimand Ability Centre‚Äôs Facebook page, allowing people to participate at their own leisure.
